Kat uses textiles gathered from her travels combined with other recycled (upcycled) clothing. Her pieces are more than just clothing, they are artwork. Some of her cloting reminds me of beautiful folk art work I've seen in museums. This idea as clothing as art is captured even more by Kat's photos of her clothing taken within a frame.
